Interim Head of Occupational Health

Job: Interim Head of Occupational Health
Location: Remote
Contract: Temporary (4 or 5 days a week)

Are you an experienced Occupational Health professional ready to lead and inspire? We’re seeking a motivated Head of Occupational Health to join our client's senior management team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality occupational health services and support a dedicated team. This role can be carried out remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensuring service quality and consistency.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff to achieve excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices in occupational health.
• Manage clinical audit programs to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Registered Occupational Health Specialist Nurse with strong management experience.
• Proven leadership in Occupational Health.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
